LANE 4 BRANDING Lane 4 Real Estate is the boutique real estate firm by Rory Barish, one of Beverly Hills’ top real estate brokers. Inspired by her personal passion for swimming, Barish chose the name “Lane 4” to represent the spirit of her firm. It is Lane 4 which is favored by Olympic athletes and where record-breaking performances are constantly redefined. And it is this critical speed combined with first-class service that the firm represents some of the most luxurious properties in the nation and has a client roster of Hollywood heavyweights.

Rory Barish, “a pack leader in L.A.’s real estate game” had a well-known word-of-mouth reputation, but no visual identity. Barish commissioned Traci Jones Studio Number 6 to develop a distinct brand for Lane 4 which would stand out in the fiercely competitive L.A. Times and the L.A. MLS real estate listings. A new web site completed the suite of branding collateral.

Traditional real estate marketing simply showcases the property. Studio No 6 took a fresh approach to the Lane 4 branding, as seen here in the newly designed web site. By juxtaposing luxurious lifestyle imagery and the high-end properties, the Lane 4 brand creates a connection with potential buyers, allowing them to visualize their oh so fabulous new home.
